About RehabSetu
RehabSetu — setu means bridge — is an independent care-navigation platform for addiction recovery, built in Bihar for families across India. It exists because finding genuine de-addiction help here usually means calling numbers from roadside hoardings and hoping for the best.
Who runs it
RehabSetu is operated by an independent team based in Patna, Bihar, working with counsellors, de-addiction centre staff and families who have been through admission and aftercare themselves. We are not owned by, and do not operate, any treatment centre. If that changes, this page will say so.
How we are funded
The directory, the guides, the assessment and the AI assistant are free for families and always will be. Revenue comes from optional services we sell to centres — website and listing management, marketing support and staffing help — and from clearly labelled promotion. None of it buys a better organic position or a verification badge. Read the verification methodology for exactly what we check.
What we stand by
We show what is missing
If a centre has not disclosed its registration, its doctor or its fees, we say so on the listing instead of hiding the gap. An incomplete profile is information too.
Ranking is never for sale
Organic ordering is based on verification status, disclosure and responsiveness. Paid promotion, where it exists, is labelled and kept separate.
Guidance, not diagnosis
Our assessment and AI assistant help you understand a situation and choose a next step. They do not replace a clinician, and we say that on every page.
Families are users too
Most people searching are searching for someone else. The whole platform is written for that reader as much as for the person using substances.
How our content is written
Guides are written by our editorial team using Indian clinical practice and public-health guidance as the reference point, and reviewed before publication. Where a claim cannot be verified, we leave it out rather than round it up. We are building a panel of named reviewing clinicians; until a reviewer has agreed to be named on a page, that page carries an editorial byline instead of a false medical credential.
Corrections
If a listing is wrong, out of date or closed, tell us and we will check it. Centres can claim and correct their own listing at any time.
