By using RehabSetu you accept these terms. They are written plainly on purpose — this is a health-adjacent service and you should know exactly what you are relying on.

What RehabSetu is

RehabSetu is an education and care-navigation platform. It helps you understand a substance-use problem, take a structured self-assessment, and find de-addiction centres and related services, mainly in Bihar and elsewhere in India.

What RehabSetu is not

  • It is not a hospital, clinic or treatment provider, and it does not employ your treating clinician.
  • It does not diagnose. The assessment and the AI assistant produce guidance, not a clinical opinion. Alcohol and sedative withdrawal in particular can be medically dangerous and needs a doctor, not a website.
  • It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, seek immediate local emergency medical care — see what to do now.

Listings and verification

We publish what a centre discloses and what we can independently check, and we say plainly when something is unverified or not disclosed. Verification is a good-faith check of documents and public information at a point in time — it is not a guarantee of the quality, safety or legality of any centre's services. Our method is described on how we evaluate centres. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself about any centre before admitting anyone.

We do not sell ranking. Paid promotion, where it exists, is labelled as such and does not change the ordering of organic results.

Rules for centres and service providers

  • Information you submit must be accurate, current and yours to submit.
  • No claims of guaranteed outcomes or "100% success", no forced or unlawful admission practices, no undisclosed charges.
  • We may edit, suspend or remove a listing at any time — for inaccuracy, credible complaints, regulatory action or non-response to verification.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or bulk-copy listings, misuse contact details for marketing, impersonate a centre, or submit another person's details without their knowledge, except where you are seeking help for a family member in good faith.

Liability

RehabSetu is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for treatment decisions taken by you or by a centre, for the acts or omissions of any listed centre or service provider, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Patna, Bihar having jurisdiction.
